3. Anonymous by design
The PCCI™ was intentionally designed to be anonymous. Medical professionals should be able to evaluate their own cognitive capital freely, without any risk of data exposure. The tool requires no account creation, no login, and no personal information of any kind.
Technical confirmation: You can verify this by opening your browser's developer tools (F12) and checking the Network tab while using the calculator — you will see zero outgoing requests.
4. Applicable law
FSM Consulting EI is subject to French law and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation EU 2016/679). Since no personal data is collected, Articles 13–22 of the GDPR (rights of data subjects) are not applicable to this tool.
